    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Shawn is the strategic mind behind Prime Retail Property, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to every project.

    A highly regarded leader in the retail property sector, he has an extensive background in retail leasing and property management roles at 151 Property, QIC Real Estate, Vicinity Centres and Scentre Group, where Shawn built a reputation for delivering outstanding commercial outcomes, fostering strong tenant and stakeholder relationships, and enhancing asset value.

    A licensed Real Estate Agent, Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Monash University.

    His attention to detail, deep industry knowledge, results-driven approach, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable partner in navigating the evolving retail landscape.

  • Jade Byron

    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Jade plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, from market analysis and data management to lease monitoring, document execution and tenant relations.

    Bringing years of experience in commercial leasing, property management and executive support to the table, Jade refined his expertise in property management at Image Property, where he was directly responsible for optimising processes, managing arrears and resolving maintenance issues to ensure smooth and effective business operation.

    Jade holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Angeles University Foundation.

    RETAIL LEASING EXECUTIVE

    Jess is a pivotal member of the retail leasing team who uses her passion for the retail property industry and expansive national network, to consistently deliver strong leasing outcomes for our clients and retail partners.

    Beginning her career in the retail property over a decade ago, Jess has worked for some of Australia’s leading retail property landlords, including Scentre Group and Vicinity Centres, prior to joining JLL, where she was directly responsible for the casual mall and media leasing of over 40 assets.

    Jess holds an Agents Representative certificate from Swinburne University and is uniquely positioned to understand the retailer’s perspective from her several years in 7-Eleven’s project team and running her own business.

  • Emily Pedersen

    RETAIL DESIGN MANAGER

    Emily is the passionate, creative force that enables us to deliver exceptional design outcomes, not just from early in the concept/master planning stage but right throughout the design process and onto the delivery of the finished product.

    Leading numerous major design projects for many of Australia’s largest retail landlords, Emily has honed her design skills over two decades with key roles at Scentre Group, GPT, Walkers Corporation and QIC Real Estate.

    Emily holds a Bachelor of Interior Design and Architecture from RMIT University. She retains a strong commitment and passion for design excellence to create multifaceted spaces with a real sense of ‘place’ so that the people who inhabit them have a ‘local’ ownership and a strong sense of pride.
